Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Vorlumeniz.world (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding access to https://vorlumeniz.world (the “Site”) and any purchase of BalancePoint branded products or related services we offer. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy where they apply.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or submit orders.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place orders. Products are intended for personal use or legitimate business procurement unless we agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that importing or using food supplements is lawful in your location.

Products and informational content

BalancePoint products are food supplements unless expressly stated otherwise. Descriptions on the Site summarise typical characteristics; the definitive information appears on the product label and leaflet supplied with your goods. Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Marketing and advertising for customers in the United Kingdom is intended to comply with the CAP Code and applicable rules on food supplements, including not misleading consumers as to the nature of the product or implying medicinal effects. Nutrient and health statements on packaging follow applicable GB rules where relevant.

We may update formulations to reflect regulatory changes or supplier adjustments. Where a material change affects an active ingredient level, we will reflect that on packaging and, where practical, on the Site.

Orders, pricing, and acceptance

Product listings constitute an invitation to treat, not an offer. When you complete checkout, you make an offer to purchase at the prices and delivery options shown. We may accept or decline orders, including where items are unavailable, there are indications of fraud, or export restrictions apply.

Prices are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT or similar taxes where we are required to collect them. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if we have already charged you incorrectly, we will offer a refund or revised price before shipping.

Payment

Payments are processed by our selected payment partners. You authorise us and those partners to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown, including applicable taxes and shipping. You must provide accurate billing information and maintain valid payment details until fulfilment is complete.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers when a payment service tokenises them. Chargebacks should be raised with your bank only after you have attempted to resolve issues with us in good faith, except where immediate chargeback rights apply under card scheme rules.

Delivery, title, and risk

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we have confirmed a fixed date in writing. Title to products passes when we receive full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable consumer regulations and the carrier’s terms—typically upon delivery to the address you provided.

You must ensure someone can receive the shipment or follow carrier instructions for collection. Failed deliveries may incur redelivery fees where permitted by law.

Consumer statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, mandatory rights apply in addition to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have a cooling-off period for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened. See our Refund Policy for practical steps.

Detailed conditions for refunds, defective goods, and withdrawal rights are set out in the Refund Policy. In case of conflict between a summary on the Site and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy prevails for return-specific matters.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping in a manner that impairs performance, circumventing technical limits, or using automated tools in breach of our robots configuration. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms are breached.

Intellectual property

BalancePoint names, logos, graphics, text, and layout on the Site are protected by trade mark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent except as allowed for temporary browsing copies or fair dealing under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the Site or products, except where such exclusion is prohibited. Our aggregate liability arising out of any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order unless a higher minimum applies under mandatory consumer law.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, failures of public networks, or actions of government authorities. We will endeavour to notify you and minimise disruption where practicable.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions that may give consumers the right to sue in their home country.
